What is Telehealth?
Telehealth means the mode of delivering services via information and communication technologies to facilitate the diagnosis, consultation, treatment, education, care management, and self-management of a patient’s mental health care while the patient and provider are at two different sites (e.g. patient is at a distant site and the mental health care provider is at the originating site).
What is Google Meet?
Google Meet is a HIPPA complaint platform that provides secure video calls.
What devices are required to join a video session?

A computer, tablet, or phone with a camera and microphone.

Must have internet connection with a bandwidth of at least 10 MBPS.

It is recommended to use an Ethernet cable over Wifi to connect your laptop to internet modem, ensuring you receive the best possible connection through your internet provider.

Shut down all background applications, internet tabs and avoid streaming to receive clear connection during the video session.
How do I join in a video call?
We send you an invite link to your email the day before. If you accept invite, it can add event in your calendar. When it is time for your session, you can either click on the link to join through your calendar or you can go directly into the email and click the link shown below.
